"本合同之各方当事人均愿将因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议,提交中国国际贸易促进委员会/中国国际商会调解中心纺织专业委员会,按照申请时该中心现行有效的调解规则进行调解.经调解后如达成和解协议或调解员根据该和解协议的内容作出调解书,各方都要认真履行该和解协议或调解书中所载之各项内容."

"Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Textile Industry Committee of CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center for mediation which shall be conducted in accordance with the Center's Mediation Rules in effect at the time of applying for mediation. In case an amicable settlement agreement has been reached or a Mediation Statement be made by the mediator(s) on the basis of that amicable settlement agreement, the parties shall abide by all the terms stated therein."
